pIn late August of 2012 we received our Starlinger 165 extruder equipped with an Ettlinger screen filter. A few weeks later we were up and running at well over 2,500# per hour. Our finished product looks great!Last week we completed the installation of our Conair additive feeder which allows us to dose up to 5% of pigments, dyes and other additives. Our initial trial consisted of adding black dye to our 25-30 MFI HOPP. Fantastic results!

We also put our Ettlinger screen filter through a workout last week. We ran post consumer PP bottle caps with PET contamination at levels in excess of 5%. The filter removed all the PET. It was fun watching that filter work. It is well worth the investment!

We have been producing a lot of 25-35 MFI random color HOPP and COPP. We can also take these recycled plastic products black. We currently have a few truckloads of each available.
